When you book a Birthday with us you will have three party options:
 

1. Two hour Climbing birthday. Cost $220 (10 or less climbers)

2. One and a half hour Climbing and 30 min. Ninja training activity, with Instructor. Cost $300 (10 or less)

3. One and a half hour Climbing and 30 min. Aerial Silk activity, with Instructor. Cost $300 (10 or less)
    

We provide designated tables with tablecloths and table decorations for you to put any snacks/food and cake on. You can also have food delivered if desired. You are welcome to add to the decorations, however we ask that you do not bring loose balloons or whistle party favours.

 

Climbers under the age of 12 will need an adult to belay for them (operate the ropes at the bottom)
We recommend one adult to every three to four children, as they have the bouldering area (free climbing) they can do while waiting to climb on the roped walls. Once everyone in your party has arrived we will do a safety induction and show the adults, who are belaying, how it all works. It is a very simple system to work, please note, adults will need to wear a harness to belay, so dresses should be avoided if belaying. Children 12 years or over will be able to do this for each other.

We have climbs suitable for five years upwards from beginner to advanced so there is something for everyone, after the induction the guests will start climbing on whichever walls they choose. If doing the Ninja or Aerial activity the instructor will call them together once ready for the 30 min session.

 

Climbers are welcome to snack/eat anytime that you decide, however they will need to do so within the two hour period, so please plan the times that you would like them to snack or do the cake, so you do not run out of time or feel rushed doing the cake at the end. In our experience most parties do not spend much time eating and usually snacks and cake are adequate for the time frame.

 

Whether you are doing paper or digital invitations, you can access the waiver form here. The children/climbers will need to wear enclosed shoes and harness will be provided.

 

If you have one or two more guests then the 10, we can just add them on to the party package, at a cost of either $22 or $30 depending on your chosen party, however, if you have 13 or more it will then go to the 15 or less price package. Please also note that only the children in the party are able to climb, any siblings watching or adults belaying will need to pay for entry if they wish to climb as well. Unless you do not have 10 guests and then siblings or adults can make up the 10 climbers.

 

Cancellation Policy:

You will need to pay the $100 deposit to confirm your booking. Please note, the deposit is non-refundable if cancelling seven days or less prior to the event (unless a medical certificate is received within three days of the event) cancellation within 24 hours of the party may incur further fees due to extra staffing.
